Different Kinds of Therapy for Different Kinds People

As an experienced Mental Health Clinician, I recognise that therapy is not a one size fits all approach. My job is to make sure I have the right therapeutic tools in my tool kit to support you on your mental health journey. Below is a list of some of the different types of therapeutic modalities I can support you with in our sessions. As a person centred therapist I will work with you to figure out which style is best suited to your situation and check in with you throughout the process.
